Pacific Coast Hwy, north end of Seal Beach.  A few miles North or Warner and few miles South of the traffic circle in Long Beach. 

Or 

Hawaiian Gardens:  1 block East of the 605 fwy at Carson. 

Take 91 fwy or 405 fwy to the 605 fwy and exit at Carson going East. 

Make the first left on Pioneer and the first right.  Turn right into the hospital parking lot.

We are on your right in the medical arts building.  First double doors.  Second floor to your right.
